We are finally dry in our basement. The guy from Service Master came by and picked up the carpet that was in our driveway. He also took the industrial fans we had been using. The basement looks so ugly and bare but the lady from the carpet company is coming by tomorrow to measure for the installation of new carpeting. I personally cannot wait to get my living room and guest room back. The toys have taken over the place! 
Our backyard finally looks like a yard and not a community pond. All our neighbors have put away the sump pump hoses. Life is returning to normal.

We are thankful that we only had inches in our basement and not 2 1/2 feet like someone else in our church! Our drywall is fine and most of our personal items are not damaged. We have much to be grateful for.
