Our Little Ahhhteeest

We took Marshall to the doctor's on Thursday morning. We knew that vacation is coming and we didn't want him down with pneumonia while we were in Seattle. The doctor noted the similar symptoms that Shaylen had experienced: fever, chills, barky cough. In order to head things off at the pass, the doctor prescribed the amoxicillin for Marshall. We started in on it almost immediately. The amoxicillin didn't seem to be as potent as the azithromycin because Marshall still had fever and cough for days.

While Marshall was down for the count and I was playing nurse (again), Shaylen found ways to keep herself entertained. She loves to read. She devours books. It's hard keeping good books in her hands. The other thing she loves to do and is good at is drawing.
