A Little Spoiling From Grandma

Sherry is really such a thoughtful Grandma. She has a way of seeing a need and meeting it. She knew that the kids would probably want something to do while they were there (even though we would bring stuff too...maybe she just wanted to spoil them????). She asked well before we arrived if we would mind if we hit the Lego & American Girl Doll stores while we were in Seattle. This was a no-brainer. The kids had a blast, as you can see from the pictures.

This was a "build-your-own" minifigure. The kids thought it was for play, so they built one, showed it to me and then promptly took it apart. Then Grandma Sherry said they could build some and she would BUY it for them! You should've seen their eyes light up!

M&S LOVED the wall of Legos.

Shaylen goes to the American Girl Doll store...and what does she buy? BOOKS! No surprise there.
